摘 要:沉砂池的沉淀泥沙表面覆盖一层含有Fe,Al和有机物的絮体.利用Design-Expert软件的CCD模块,选取了转速、停留时间、桨片数量和安装角度4个因子,分别对除砂率和有机物去除率进行了二次回归分析.结果表明:桨片数量和安装角度对有机物去除效率的影响较小,而6个桨片和30°安装角可获得最优除砂率.图像区域分析证实控制旋转速度为35~45r/min,并降低停留时间有助于获得高除砂效率并使有机物去除效率低于19%.参数优化后可进一步提升沉砂池对细小沙砾的捕获效果.Grit particles, collected at the sand hopper of a grit chamber, were covered by some flocculating constituent containing Fe, A1 and organic matter. Four factors, such as rotate speed, hydraulic retention time, blade number and its setting angle, were optimized to improve the grit and organic matter removal efficiencies by using the response surface methodology. The result shows that high grit removal efficiency was presented when the grit chamber has 6 pieces of blade and the blade setting angle was fixed at 30°. But the blade number and its setting angle had minor influence on the organic matter removal efficieney. The combined image shows that optimized grit and organic matter removal efficiencies were obtained by keeping the rotate speed in the range of 35 to 45 r/min and reducing the hydraulic retention time to 30 s. The grit chamber running at the optimal parameters significantly improved the fine sand removal comparing with the reference in the municipzed wastewater treatment plant.
