摘　　要：目的对实验室FUS-2000尿干化学与尿沉渣联合检测制定复检规则并进行验证。方法对1000例尿液标本进行FUS-2000尿液干化学与沉渣联合检测,同时对每份标本进行显微镜镜检。以镜检结果为标准,计算各项设定的镜检规则的真阳性率、假阳性率、真阴性率和假阴性率。结果本试验1000例尿标本,真阳性率为97.67%,假阳性率为7.82%,假阴性率为2.33%,真阴性率为92.18%。结论按照中国合格评定国家认可委员会CNAS-CL41的标准,本实验室制定的尿常规复检规则可以适用于临床。Objective To establish rules of review and validation for the laboratory FUS-2000 urine dry chemistry and urine sediment joint detection.Methods 1 000 cases of urine specimen of urine dry chemistry and sediment united detection,at the same time for each specimen under microscope. On the results of microscopic examination standard,to determine the set of rules of the microscopic examination of true positive rate,false positive rate,negative rate and false negative rate. Results The test specimens of 1000 cases of urinary,true positive rate was 97. 67%,false positive rate was 7. 82%,false negative rate was 2. 33%,true negative rate was 92. 18%. Conclusion False negative rate 5%,In China＇s conformity assessment accreditation council for national CNAS- CL41 standards,as a result,our laboratory urine routine time rules can be applied to clinical.
