摘 要:为提高有开孔加强结构耐压球壳的稳健性,本文采用最优拉丁超立方方法进行了样本点的选取,进行了设计变量灵敏度分析。在降低了设计变量维数的基础上,重新选择样本点进行了计算,采用响应面模型进行了样本点的拟合,得到了满足工程要求的近似模型。研究了稳健性和蒙特卡洛抽样,考虑了设计过程中的不确定性,建立了有开孔加强结构耐压球壳多响应多目标稳健性优化模型,采用第二代非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)进行了优化求解。相比初始方案,3σ和6σ的方案减重效果分别为141.8171、81.004 kg,但6σ方案的稳健性要明显优于3σ方案。To improve the robustness of a pressure spherical shelll with a strengthened opening, sample points were selected based on the optimal Latin hypercube method, and sensitivity analysis of design variables was carried out.Based on reducing the design variables′ dimensions, sample points were reselected and calculated, and a response surface model was used to fit the sample points, thereby producing an approximate model that met the engineering requirements. Robustness and Monte Carlo sampling were investigated, and the uncertainties in the design process were considered. A multi-response and multi-objective robustness optimization model was thus established. A second generation nondominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) was used to solve the optimization model. Compared with the initial program, the weight loss of 3σ and 6σ were 141.8171 and 81.004 kg, respectively, but the robust-ness of 6σ was better.
