摘 要:目的建立中风通腑泄热颗粒的质量评价方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对厚朴、大黄、枳实进行定性鉴别,以厚朴酚与和厚朴酚作为指标成分,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对样品进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱鉴别特征斑点清晰,专属性强;厚朴酚进样量在0.101 2-1.012 0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=1.000 0,计算其平均回收率为97.39%,RSD为1.72%,和厚朴酚进样量在0.105 2-1.052 0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=1.000 0,计算其平均回收率为95.75%,RSD为2.60%。结论本试验建立的定性及定量方法简单可行,重复性好,能有效地控制中风通腑泄热颗粒的质量。Objective To establish the quality evaluation of stroke Tongfu Xiere particles. Methods By TLC on Magnolia,rhubarb,citrus aurantium qualitative identification,using high performance liquid phase chromatography of samples were used to determine the content,Honokiol phenol and Honokiol phenol as an index component. Results TLC characteristics spots were clear,with strong specificity; Honokiol phenol in 0. 101 2- 1. 012 0 μg range and peak area had good linear relation,r = 1. 000 0. The calculation of the average recovery rate was 97. 39%,relative standard deviation was 1. 72%. and Honokiol phenol in 0. 105 2- 1. 052 0 μg range and peak area had good linear relation,r= 1. 000 0. The calculation of the average recovery rate was 95. 75%,relative standard deviation was 2. 60%. Conclusion In this study,a qualitative and quantitative method is simple and feasible,good repeatability,effectively control the quality of stroke Tongfu Xiere particles.
