摘　　要：段亚亭老中医认为,痛经病机以阳虚寒凝、胞络不通为主,治疗以止痛为效,但止痛不是目的,更不是主要的治法,应追根溯源,求因治本,辨证施治,方能达到最好的效果。临证多采用活血祛瘀、温经止痛之少腹逐瘀汤辨证加减治疗。DUAN Yating thinks dysmenorrhea pathogenesis with yang deficiency,cellular network impassability,treatment for pain relief effect,but the pain is not the goal,more is not the main treatment,should seek the ultimate,for treatment of the underlying problem,actual realize,in order to reach the best effect. Clinical treatment of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,warming the channels to relieve pain.
