摘　　要：总结中医诊治子宫内膜异位症的辨证用药思路,并根据中医治未病思想在子宫内膜异位症中的应用,提出未病先防,重视足太阳膀胱经脉气血的盛衰;既病防变,考虑其他已病脏腑病邪传变胞宫;治病救萌,防瘀血停留日久,变生血瘕等经带疾病;防治伏邪,伏邪是子宫内膜异位症的重要病因,尤其是伏寒之邪,因此治疗子宫内膜异位症要重视祛除寒湿伏邪等创新观点,为中医更好的辨证论治子宫内膜异位症提供参考。Summary of TCM diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis of dialectical medication ideas,disease according to TCM thinking of the disease in endometriosis in the application,put forward prevention before disease,pay attention to the rise and fall of the foot Taiyang bladder meridian qi and blood;not only lead to disease,consider other disease viscera disease pathogen transmission in the uterus;cure to save Meng,anti blood stasis stay for a long time,variable blood breakdown by disease;prevention of Fuxie,Fuxie is plays an important role in the cause of endometriosis endometriosis,especially V Hanzhi evil,therefore in the treatment of endometriosis should pay attention to eliminate dampness Fuxie,innovative ideas,for syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine on treatment endometriosis to provide reference.
