穴位注射联合拔罐对中风后肩痛患者肩关节活动度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位注射联合拔罐对中风后肩痛患者肩关节活动度的影响。方法中风偏瘫肩痛患者90例,随机分为联合组、拔罐组、穴位注射组,每组30例,3组均给予常规内科药物治疗及康复训练,拔罐组同时予拔罐治疗,穴位注射组同时予丹参、维生素B1、维生素B12穴位注射,联合组同时予穴位注射及拔罐疗法,交替进行,隔日1次,3次为1疗程。1疗程结束后,比较3组治疗前后肩关节被动前屈、外展的活动度。结果治疗1疗程,3组肩痛均明显改善,肩关节活动度亦有明显改善,且联合组疗效明显优于穴位注射组及拔罐组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射联合拔罐治疗能显著改善中风后肩痛患者的肩关节活动度。Objective Aimed to explore point injection combined cupping therapy in patients with post- stroke shoulder pain of shoulder joint mobility. Methods Stroke patients with hemiplegia shoulder pain of 90 cases were randomly divided into the joint group,cupping,point injection group,30 cases in each group. Each group were given conventional medical drug treatment and rehabilitation training. Each group were given conventional medical drug treatment and rehabilitation training. Acupoint injection group and salvia miltiorrhiza and vitamin B1,vitamin B12,acupoint injection,Joint group at the same time be acupuncture point injection of salvia miltiorrhiza,vitamin B1,vitamin B12 and cupping therapy. Point injection and cupping therapy alternates,day 1,3 times for 1 course of treatment,acupuncture points of three groups of point injection and cupping therapy in patients with relatively fixed. 1 after the treatment,compare the three groups before and after treatment in patients with shoulder joint passive proneness,outreach activity. Results Three groups of patients after 1 course of treatment,not only obviously improved in patients with shoulder pain,three groups of patients with shoulder joint activity has also improved significantly,and the curative effect of combined group was obviously better than that of point injection group and cupping treatment group,the difference is statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupoint injection with cupping therapy can significantly improve after a stroke shoulder pain in patients with shoulder joint activity.
