冬季服用补肾养精中药对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨质的影响

摘　　要：目的观察采用补肾法治疗绝经后骨质疏松症临床效果,探讨基于肾主骨理论指导治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的可行性。方法选取绝经后骨质疏松症病例54例,根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组29例与对照组25例。2组治疗时间均由立冬节气至大寒节气共75 d,其中治疗组使用二仙汤加减配合常规西药治疗,对照组使用常规西药治疗,观察比较2组治疗前后右腕部骨密度(BMD),血清钙(Ca)、血清磷(P)水平。结果治疗组血清P值升高,与对照组升高值比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于肾主骨、肾应冬理论,冬季使用补肾养精中药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症具有一定疗效,对择时服药具有临床指导作用。Objective To study the effective of kidney invigoration on the changes of bone metabolism of TCM which invigorate the kidney and essence replenishment on treatment in winter of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Review 54 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis,divided them into experimental group and control group. The experimental group 29 cases were treated with TCM which invigorate the kidney and essence replenishment,while the control group 25 cases were treated with Caltrate D. Observed bone mineral density and bone metabolic biochemical indications before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the serum phosphate level of experimental group increased,and there was a statistical significance between control group and experimental group in P improvement（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Based on the theory of kidneys governing bone and kidney corresponding with the winter,using TCM which invigorate the kidney and essence replenishment on treatment in winter of postmenopausal osteoporosis has certain curative effect;Besides,when compared research data with other literature research data,compare results shows that the theory of taking medicine in accordance with suitable time has a certain extent clinical guiding significance.
