穴位贴敷配合补液法治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠剧吐

摘　　要：目的观察中药穴位贴敷配合补液法护理脾胃虚弱型妊娠剧吐的临床疗效。方法选取我院就诊的脾胃虚弱型妊娠剧吐患者76例,采用随机数字表分为2组,各38例,对照组给予补液法及常规护理治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上应用中药穴位贴敷及中医护理法治疗。均7 d为1个疗程,连续2个疗程。对比2组临床疗效及治疗前后中医症状积分及尿酮体水平改善情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率89.47%,对照组73.68%(P<0.05);2组中医症状积分与治疗前比较均有所降低(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);2组尿酮体水平与治疗前比较均有所改善,且治疗组改善较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷配合补液法具有健脾和胃,降逆止呕的功效,加以中医护理,可明显减轻脾胃虚弱型妊娠剧吐所引起的各种症状,显著改善尿酮体水平。Objective To explore the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points were applied together with the rehydration method nursing spleen and the clinical efficacy of hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods Select our hospital of spleen and stomach weak hyperemesis gravidarum patients of 76 cases with random number table were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 38 people,including the control group given rehydration method and conventional nursing treatment,the treatment group using the control group treatment application of acupoint sticking and TCM nursing at the same time. Both groups to 7 days for a period of treatment,continuous care 2 course of treatment. Treatment nursing after,detection of clinical effectiveness,contrast before and after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine symptom integral and the improvement of the level of urine ketone body situation. Results Treatment group clinical total effective rate was 89. 47%,while the control group total effective rate was 73. 68%（ P 〈0. 05）;Two groups of patients ＇ TCM symptom integral comparison are reduced（P 〈0. 05）,showed that the treatment group improved better than that of control group（P 〈0. 05）;Two groups after treatment nursing,according to the level of urine ketone body is two groups of patients were improved,and treatment group than control group obviously better,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupoint sticking together with the rehydration method with spleen and stomach,reducing anti-nausea effect,with TCM nursing,can obviously reducing the spleen and stomach weak type hyperemesis gravidarum caused by all kinds of clinical symptoms,improve patients＇ urine ketone body level.
