451例肾康注射液用药合理性分析

摘　　要：目的总结肾康注射液不合理用药情况及发生不良反应/事件的规律和特点,提供临床合理用药依据。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对我院2015年使用的肾康注射液病例中不合理用药及上报的3例ADR/ADE进行分析。结果肾康注射液所致不良反应多在用药30 min之内,其不良反应/事件主要表现为心悸、胸闷、不自主抽搐、足部麻木、皮疹、瘙痒等,说明书中描述不完整;有422份溶媒使用不当。结论肾康注射液ADR/ADE的发生是由多因素导致,临床使用须以说明书为参照,严格掌握用药剂量禁忌,慎重选用溶媒,临床医生和药师应同时加强其应用的监测,以减少不良反应的发生。Objective To provide a reference for clinical rational drug use through analyzing the regularity and characteristics of irrational drug use and adverse ADR / events of kidney rehabilitation injection. Methods The process had adopted retrospective study method,and analyzed several unreasonable drug use cases of kidney rehabilitation injection and 3 reported cases of ADR / ADE. Results Most adverse reactions of kidney rehabilitation injection caused by drug use within 30 minutes,mainly include：Heart Palpitations,Chest Tightness,Involuntary Convulsions,Foot Numbness,Rashes,Itching,etc.. Described information in the instruction is incomplete;422 solvents are misused. Conclusion The occurrence of kidney rehabilitation injection ADR / ADE is caused by multiple factors,clinical drug use should follow the instruction,contraindication of medication dosage should be strictly controlled,carefully choose solvent,both clinicians and pharmacists should strengthen the monitoring of medication use at the same time,thus restrain the occurrence of adverse reactions.
