中药注射剂在医院使用中存在的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：中药注射剂与传统剂型相比具有药效迅速、作用可靠、质量较高、无消化道吸收过程等特点,较为适用于危重急症的治疗。但随着中药注射剂的临床使用不断增多,其所造成的不良反应逐年增加甚至死亡的病例也时有发生。这虽与中药注射剂的使用数量、品种逐年增加有关,但也说明在使用上有不合理之处。所以要想使之更快更好的发展,正确使用变得尤为重要。Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine injection with other dosage forms of traditional,It has the characteristics of rapidly,reliable action,high quality,no gastrointestinal absorption process etc,it is more suitable for the treatment of severe diseases. However,with the increasing use of traditional Chinese medicine injections,the adverse reactions caused by it increased year by year,and even the cases of death occurred. This is related to the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections,the variety is increasing year by year. At the same time,it is also related to the irrational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Therefore,in order to make the traditional Chinese medicine injection faster and better development,the correct use becomes particularly important.
