摘　　要：随着社会压力和老龄化的发展,心脑血管疾病成为严重影响人们健康的重要疾病,高通量筛选和开发防治心脑血管疾病的药物成为中药研究的热点。生物色谱膜因其具有高稳定性、高重复性、灵敏快捷等特点逐渐在防治心脑血管疾病药物开发中受到重视。细胞膜色谱法的运用加快了中药有效成分分离纯化的进展,有望实现其高通量的筛选,对心脑血管疾病的防治具有深远的影响。With the development of social pressure and aging,disease of heart head blood-vessel has become an important disease,serious impact on people＇s health and development of high-throughput screening of prevention and cure of disease of heart head blood-vessel drugs become hot topics in the study of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. Biological membrane chromatography because of its characteristics such as high stability,high repeatability,sensitive and quick gradually in the prevention and treatment of disease of heart head blood-vessel drug development.Cell membrane chromatography used to speed up the progress in the isolation and purification of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine,is expected to achieve its high throughput screening,have a profound effect on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
