基于临床路径信息监测管理平台的中风后肢体痉挛诊疗路径实施效果评价

摘　　要：目的依托临床路径信息监测管理平台,探讨中风后肢体痉挛诊疗路径的实施效果。方法纳入中风病恢复期患者72例,随机分为路径组、非路径组两组,各36例。观察两组医疗费用、住院天数、Brunnstrom脑卒中恢复级、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、功能独立性测定(FIM)及患者满意度。结果与非路径组比较,路径组Brunnstrom脑卒中恢复级、功能独立性测定(FIM)改善方面有统计学意义(P<0.05);总费用及住院天数均显示出了优势(P<0.05);同时路径组中62.5%的患者倾向接受临床路径进行诊疗;并在服务评价方面的满意度显示出了优势(P<0.05);结论与非路径组相比,路径组能提高临床疗效,显示出经济学优势,提高治疗满意度;临床路径信息监测管理平台能够优化数据管理,确保患者的基本信息、就诊费用、疗效判定、患者满意度等信息及时准确录入,同时便于进行数据统计及分析利用。Objective To evaluate the implementation of results to clinical path of limb spasm after stroke based on monitoring and management platform for information of clinical path. Methodswere randomly divided into two groups,the path group and the non path group,each one has 36 cases. We observed the medical expenses、length of stay、Brunnstrom Scale、Fugl-Meyer Integral Score、Functional Independence Measure Scale and patient satisfaction. Results Compared with control group,treatment group Showed significant differences on assessment of brunnstrom scale and functional independence measure scale（ P 〈0. 05）;showed the advantage on hospitalization expenses,average hospitalization time（ P 〈0. 05） and higher degree of satisfaction on medical service（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with control group,treatment group can improve clinical efficacy,enhance patient treatment gratification degree and shows an economic perspective. By using monitoring and management platform for information of clinical path can insure basic information,expenditure,overall response and satisfaction of patients typed in accurately and punctually;and it also takes great advantage for analysis of the data.
