治疗痤疮药物研究进展

摘　　要：中医认为,痤疮的病因病机多与湿、热、瘀、毒有关,临床主要分为肺经风热、脾胃湿热、肝郁气结、痰湿瘀滞等证。西医认为其病因病机多与激素分泌、毛囊皮脂腺分泌、角化异常、微生物感染、免疫功能异常及P(Substance P,SP)物质影响有关。对于痤疮的治疗主要分为三类:一是应用西医治疗,二是应用中医治疗,三是应用中西医结合疗法治疗。In view of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of acne,associated with dampness,heat,blood stasis and toxin,clinical mainly divides into the lung by wind heat,dampness and heat of spleen and stomach,liver depression of damp and heat qi knot,phlegmy wet silt up and so on. Western medicine thinks its etiology and pathogenesis and factors,hair follicle sebaceous glands secretion of the hormone secretion,abnormal keratinization,microbial infection,immune dysfunction and P physical effects（ Substance P,SP）. For acne treatment is divided into three categories：first is the application of western medicine treatment,second is the application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,third is application of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy.
