红藤煎保留灌肠治疗输卵管积水随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察红藤煎保留灌肠治疗输卵管积水疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将162例（住院/门诊）患者按诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组79例甲硝唑0.2g＋头孢他啶2g＋生理盐水250m L,1次/d,静滴,月经第7天开始,连续治疗14d。治疗组83例红藤煎保留灌肠（红藤、败酱草、双花、连翘、三棱、莪术、赤芍、丹皮、海藻、昆布、艾叶、炮姜各20g,甲珠5g;兼手脚、小腹凉加茴香10g,木香、丁香各5g;腹胀加莱菔子、商陆各15g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,药温35~37℃,患者左侧卧位,灌肠后在保留2h;月经第7天开始,连续治疗14d。连续治疗3个月经周期为1疗程。观测临床症状、输卵管积水、不良反应。治疗1疗程（3个月经周期）,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈10例,有效70例,无效3例,总有效率96.39%;对照组治愈9例,有效58例,无效12例,总有效率84.81%;治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]红藤煎保留灌肠治疗输卵管积水,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hong teng-jian retentionenema in treatment of hydrosalpinx. [Methods] The 162 inpatients of hydrosalpinx were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the diagnostic method is simple and randomly. The control group 79 cases of Metronidazole 0.2g＋Ceftazidime 2g＋saline 250mL, l/d, iv drip, the seventh day of every month menstruation started medication, continuous treatment of 14d. The treatment group 83 examples of Hong Teng-jian, l/d, water frying, 200mL, charge temperature 35-37 ~C, in patients with left side,the rectum, enema retention in the body after 2h around; Monthly menstruation 7 days start medication for treatment of 14d.Continuous treatment for 3 months for 1 course of treatment. The effectiveness of clinical symptoms, hydrosalpinx and adverse reactions in all patients were observed before and after treatment. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [Results] The treatment group, 10 cases were cured, 70 cases effectively, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 96.39%. Control group cure 9 cases, 58 cases, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 84.81%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine hong teng-jian good efficacy for of hydrosalpinx, worthy of promotion.
