彝药“腰痛方”治疗血瘀气滞腰椎间盘突出症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察彝药"腰痛方"治疗血瘀气滞腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例门诊患者按随机数字表法简单随机分为两组。对照组32例身痛逐瘀汤:川芎、当归、五灵脂、香附、甘草、羌活、没药、牛膝、秦艽、桃仁、红花、地龙等,水煎450m L,1剂/d,饭后30min温服,3次/d。治疗组32例腰痛方:基拉木兰、九子不离母、麻疙瘩、续断、桑寄生、台乌、香附、枳壳、小茴香、甘草等,水煎300m L,1剂/d,饭后30min温服,3次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、VAS评分、JOA评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(14d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈7例,显效15例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率96.70%;对照组临床痊愈3例,显效10例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。VAS评分、JOA评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]彝药"腰痛方"治疗血瘀气滞腰椎间盘突出症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the Yi medicine ＂Yaotongfang＂ of Qi stagnation and blood stasis Treatment of lumbar disc herniation. [Methods] 64 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group of 32 cases of Shentong Zhuyu decoction： Chuanxiong, Danggui, Wulingzhi, Xiangfu, Gancao, Qianghuo, Moyao, Niuxi, Qinjiao, Taoren, Honghua, Dilong, 1 doses of/ d, 450mL, 30min after meal temperature, 3 times/d. The treatment group of 32 cases of Yaotongfang： Jilamulan, Jiuzibulimu, Mageda, Xuduan, Sangjisheng, Sangbaipi, Taiwu, Xiangfu, Zhiqiao, Xiaohuixiang, Gancao, 300mL, 1 doses of/d, after 30rain temperature, 3 /d. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 7d. Observation of clinical symptoms, VAS score, JOA score, adverse reaction. Continuous treatment for 2 course of treatment （14d）, to determine the efficacy. 7 cases were cured after treatment in the treatment group. [Results] 15 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases effective, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96.70%; control group 3 cases were cured clinically, 10 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 73.33%; the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. VAS score, JOA score of two groups were improved （P〈0.01）, the treatment group improved better than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Yi medicine ＂＇Yaotongfang＇＂ of Qi stagnation and blood stasis Treatment of lumbar disc herniation, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
