摘　　要：[目的]观察中医辨证调护产后缺乳的效果。[方法]对97例产后缺乳的患者实施常规护理、辨证调护。[结果]疗效显著,促进乳汁分泌及产妇机体恢复。[结论]中医辨证调护产后缺乳,在常规护理基础上,根据不同证型有针对性地予以服用中药、热敷、穴位按摩及饮食疗法等,效果满意。[Objective] Observe the results of milky juice secreting shortage symptom by differentiation of TCM. [Method] Give regular care and of irregular menstruation treatment to 97 cases of milky juice secreting shortage symptom. [Result] By carrying out methods above, effective improvement in treating milky juice secreting shortage symptom can be seen. [Conclusion] Based on regular care, milky juice secreting shortage symptom after giving birth can be targeted at different symptoms including taking Chinese medicine, hot application, massasge and good diet, which can be expected satisfying result.
