“循经穴位+压痛点”闪火拔罐与熨罐治疗肩背痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察“循经穴位＋压痛点”闪火拔罐与熨罐治疗肩背痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将110例门诊患者按随机平行对照方法简单随机分为两组。对照组55例压痛点闪火着罐,留罐10-15min;每周2-3次。治疗组55例“循经穴位＋压痛点”闪火拔罐,循经闪火拔罐：裸露背部,俯卧位,自然放松,将10-12个大号或中号玻璃火罐以闪火法拔于背部,从大椎沿督脉向下达腰阳关;沿两条足太阳膀胱经向下至腰骶部;从大椎至左右肩峰;由肩井沿肩甲内缘向下至肩甲下角;反复拔罐,以皮肤发红或暗红色为宜,10-15min;穴位＋压痛点闪火拔罐：阿是穴及肩背部风门、肺俞、心俞、膈俞、肝俞、肾俞、肩外俞、大椎、肩井等着罐3-5min,起罐后利用罐体的热度在皮肤隆起部位熨罐2-3min,2-3次/周。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、肩关节及背部活动功能、不良反应。治疗1疗程（2周）,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈40例,好转13例,无效2例,总有效率96.96%,痊愈率72.72%;对照组痊愈28例,好转20例,无效7例,总有效率87.27%,痊愈率50.19%;痊愈率治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]循经穴位＋压痛点”闪火拔罐与熨罐治疗肩背痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the meridian acupoint＋tenderness point flash fire cupping effect and ironing cupping therapy on shoulder pain. [Method] 110 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random parallel control method. In the control group, 55 cases of tender point flash fire, leaving 10~15min, 3-2 times per week. The treatment group of 55 cases of ＂meridian acupoint＋tenderness point＂ flash fire cupping, meridian flash fire cupping： bare back, prone position, relaxed, will be 10 to 12 large or medium size to flash fire cupping glass pulling on the back, from Du Yaoyangguan issued to Dazhui along along the two foot Taiyang bladder; the down to the lumbosacral region; from the acromion to the left and right shoulder by Dazhui; along the shoulder down to the edge of a shoulder angle; repeated cupping, with skin redness or dark red should be 10-15min; point＋flash fire cupping： Ashi point tenderness and shoulder and back door, Feishu, Xinshu, Geshu, Shenshu, jianwaishu, Dazhui, Jianjing wait 3-5rain tank, the tank from the tank after the heat on the skin bulge ironing tank 2-3rain, 2-3 times a week. Continuous treatment for 2 weeks for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, shoulder and back activities, adverse reactions. Treatment of 1 courses （2 weeks）, to determine the efficacy. [Result] The treatment group 40 cases were cured, 13 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.96%, the cure rate was 72.72%; control group 28 cases were cured, 20 cases improved, 7 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 87.27%, the cure rate was 50.19; the cure rate of the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The meridian acupoint＋tenderness point flash fire cupping cupping therapy on shoulder pain and ironing, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
