摘  要:在Matlab环境下构建含有电解槽制氢系统的风电场仿真模型,该仿真模型计及制氢系统的运行特性和超级电容器储能特性。在此基础上,提出一种利用制氢系统平抑风电场输出功率波动的方法。运用低通滤波方法得到待平抑的风电功率,建立以电解槽开关操作和运行状态为变量的0-1整数规划模型,以实现电解槽平抑风电功率波动的优化控制。根据电解槽系统的运行特点,适当调整优先级约束条件,采用隐枚举法进行求解。以10 MW风电场为例,通过仿真分析验证所提方法的有效性。The simulation model of wind farm with hydrogen producing system was established in Matlab circumstance, which considered the operational characteristics of the hydrogen producing system and energy storage characteristics of super capacitor. Based on this, a method to stabilize the fluctuation of output power of wind farm was proposed by using hydrogen producing system. The low-pass filtering method was used to obtain stabilizing output power of wind turbine, the 0-1 integer programming model with the operation and running state of the switch of electrolytic cell as the variable was established to optimize the fluctuation control of the wind power with electrolytic cell. The implicit enumeration method was used to get the solution based on the operating characteristics of electrolytic cell system and adjusting precedence constraints appropriately. Taking 10 MW wind farm as an example, the validity of the proposed method was verified by simulation analysis.
