泪道内镜下环钻术治疗泪道阻塞合并糖尿病患者的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨泪道内镜下环钻术治疗泪道阻塞合并糖尿病患者的护理措施。方法将2013年1月一2015年2月所收治的80例泪道阻塞合并糖尿病患者，分为常规组和观察组各40例，行泪道内镜下环钻术治疗。常规组进行一般护理，观察组在常规组基础上进行系统的综合护理，比较两组间患者的手术有效率及并发症发生率。结果观察组有效率明显高于常规组，并发症发生率则明显低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论术前、术中、术后有效的护理措施，能够大大地增加泪道阻塞合并糖尿病患者手术治疗效果，减少或避免手术并发症。Objective To investigate nursing measures for dacryagogatresia and diabetes patients treated with trepanation using the lacrimal endoscopy. Methods Eighty dacryagogatresia and diabetes patients who were admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2013 to February 2015 were divided into the control group （n = 40） and the intervention group （ n = 40） and were treated with trepanation using the lacrimal endoscopy. The patients in the control group accepted normal nursing, while the patients in the intervention group accepted systemically comprehensive nursing based on normal nursing. The effective rate of the operation and the incidence of complications were compared between the patients in the two groups. Results The effective rate in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Effective preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing measures greatly improve the effect of surgical treatments in dacryagogatresia and diabetes patients and reduce or avoid operation complications.
