基于文献计量学的中国日间病房管理研究现状与趋势分析

摘　　要：目的：分析2000—2015年中国日间病房的研究现状及发展趋势，为今后进一步研究提供参考。方法以中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库为检索数据来源，检索2000—2015年收录的有关日间病房相关文献，并采用文献计量学方法对检索结果进行分析。结果共检索到132篇有效文献，2011年以后增幅明显；分别来自21个省、直辖市及自治区，其中四川、上海两地发文量较多（25．37％）；发文最多的单位是四川大学华西医院（17．42％）；发表于78种期刊；文献类型主要为经验总结型（59．85％）；署名有基金资助的文献15篇（11．36％）。结论目前日间病房日益受到社会各界及研究人员的关注和重视；中国日间病房研究总体呈增长的趋势；关于日间病房的文献证据级别较低；日间病房诊疗模式的管理问题是当前研究的热点。Objective To analyze the current situation and trend of day care ward management in China during 2000 to 2015 , and to provide evidence for further investigations .Methods The articles that were related to day care ward and published during 2000 to 2015 were retrieved from CBM , CNKI and VIP databases and were analyzed using bibliometric method .Results A total of 132 articles related to day care ward were retrieved from 78 journals and they were mainly published after 2011 . The included articles were from 21 provinces, direct-controlled municipalities and autonomous regions （ 25.37%）; 17.42% articles were contributed from the west China hospital of Sichuan university;59.85%articles were experimental summaries;15 articles were fund subsidized （11.36%）.Conclusions The day care ward have been paid more attention to by the public and researchers and increasing studies contribute to this field these years .However , the literature evidence remains at low level and the problems of day care ward management should be focused on .
