摘　　要：目的了解艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人)的抗病毒治疗(ART)知识知晓现状以及影响因素,为HIV/AIDS病人的管理和行为干预工作提供依据。方法调查数据来自2013年首都护理学研究专项课题"HIV/AIDS病人参与的‘关爱-支持’管理模式探讨",调查内容为HIV/AIDS病人的人口学信息以及抗病毒治疗相关知识。统计分析采用F检验,对HIV/AIDS病人抗病毒治疗知识知晓情况的差异进行分析。结果 HIV/AIDS病人的抗病毒治疗知识的平均得分为(13.5±1.33)分,最高得分为16分。对抗病毒药认识得分较高,为(3.96±0.41)分,正确用药认识较为薄弱为(2.06±0.62)分。不同发病情况(F=20.21,P=0.00)、医疗保障形式(F=14.16,P=0.00)、婚姻状态(F=6.40,P=0.00)、感染时间(F=3.78,P=0.00)、服药时间(F=2.28,P=0.02)以及确诊地点(F=29.33,P=0.00),对于抗病毒治疗知识知晓的影响有统计学差异。结论健全和完善对于HIV/AIDS病人防治组织,提供更全面、体系的抗病毒治疗知识,增大宣传力度,能遏制艾滋病的传播。Objective To understand the status of antiretroviral treatment（ART）knowledge by the people living with HIV/AIDs（PLWHA）and the influence factors so as to provide evidence for ART management and behavioral intervention.Methods The demographic information and the knowledge about ART were investigated through one-on-one interview and statistical analysis was performed by using F test.Results The average score of HIV/AIDS antiretroviral treatment knowledge by PLWHA was 13.5±1.33,with the highest score of 16 points.PLWHA had higher scores（3.96±0.41）on the knowledge of ART drugs.However,their knowledge in proper use of the medication was insufficient（2.06±0.62）.Multivariate regression analysis showed that different incidence（F=20.21,P=0.00）,forms of medical insurance（F=14.16,P=0.00）,marital status（F=6.40,P=0.00）,infection time（F= 3.78,P=0.00）,time of taking medicine（F=2.28,P=0.02）,and venues where HIV diagnosis was made（F=29.33,P=0.00）were the influence factors to determine the awareness rate of ART knowledge by PLWHA.Conclusion More complete and comprehensive ART knowledge should be publicized for the care and support groups,esp.for PLWHA themselves to improve the ART management and to further prevent HIV/AIDS transmission.
