基于社会网络分析法对性服务场所相互联系的实证研究

摘　　要：目的运用社会网络分析方法,研究整个社区内性服务妇女（FSW）活动的性服务场所相互联系的社会结构特点。方法采用社会学调查的提名法和访谈法,调查2008-2012年城区内所有性服务场所之间存在的相互联系情况,根据结果建立社区性服务场所之间联系的无向矩阵数据库,选择相关社会网络分析中的相关分析指标,并使用UCINET 6.212分析软件,分析整个社区内性服务场所相互联系的社会组织结构特点,使用Net Draw对矩阵数据进行可视化处理。结果此次调查汇总后,建立一个有124个行动者的无向矩阵数据库。相对结点中心度和相对中间中心度结果,中间数量级的行动者分别为91.94%和69.35%;而相对接近中心度74.19%的行动者集中在2.688-2.896数值之间;整体网络密度为0.4588;成分分析显示,社区FSW分为3个独立群体,占整个群体比例分别为74.19%、18.55%和7.26%;派系分析显示,整个群体分为53个派系,派系之间存在共享成员的比例为96.23%。结论社区性服务场所的3个独立群体内行动者之间联系程度高。群体内部高度联系使3个独立群体内社会群体行为形成高度一致的同质性,不同群体之间异质性差别明显。可利用以上特点制定相应公共卫生干预策略、方式和提高干预效果。Objective To study the social structure features of inter-association of sex service establishments in the community of female sex workers.Methods The nomination and interviewing methods of sociological investigation were used to investigate the interrelation of all the sex service places from 2008 to 2012.The undirected database was established based on the research results and the analysis indexes were chosen from the social network.UCINET6.212 software was used for the analysis and visibility processing of matrix data was conducted by NetDraw.Results According to the undirected matrix database with a total of 124 actors,the proportion of actors of the middle order of magnitudes between Nrmdegree and nbetweenness was 91.94% and 69.35% respectively.The results of ncloseness showed that 74.19% of the actors were at the same order of magnitude,and the global network density is 0.4588.The component analysis showed that the FSW could be divided into three isolate groups and the actors of the three groups accounted for 74.19%,18.55% and 7.26% respectively.The faction analysis showed that the whole group could be divided into 53 factions and the shared members of each faction was 96.23%.Conclusion This research shows that the sex service establishments in the community can be divided into three isolate groups and the interrelation degree among each group is high.The high-level links inside the groups lead to formulation of highly consistent homogeneity of social group behaviors inside the three isolate groups and the heterogeneous difference among different groups is obvious.The above features can be used to develop behavior intervention strategies.
