摘 要:随着环境污染问题加剧,城市公共自行车越来越受到大众欢迎,但公共自行车的停放成了首要难题。针对该问题,文章以南京市公共自行车为研究对象,设计了一种双层自行车停车架。停车架通过滑槽、滚轮实现,自行车停放于第二层;通过挡块、左右挡板、前后挡架对停放好的自行车进行限位。结合ANSYS Workbench对其进行静态应力分析,变形云图显示该第二层停车架横梁最大变形量为0.181 6 mm,与计算结果存在0.7%的误差,满足自行车停放设计需求;等效应力集中在616Pa^6.593 MPa之间,满足强度要求。Urban public bike is getting more and more popular with the increasingly serious environmental pollution. But parking of public bicycles has become a difficult problem. A double bicycle racks has been designed to solve this problem, and the Nanjing Public bicycles was chose as the research object. This double bicycle racks is divided into two layers, the bicycle can be parking on the second layer through chutes and wheels.It also can be limited by the stoppers, bezels and the fences. The static stress analysis for the double bicycle racks was conducted by ANSYS Workbench. The deformation nephogram shows that the beam's maximum deformation is 0.181 6 mm, it has 0.7% error with the calculated results, the results agree with the computations and has met the requirement of parking bicycles. The stress nephogram shows equivalent stress from 616 Pa to 6.593 MPa, it means that the double bicycle racks has met the strength requirement.
