新疆某三甲医院2015年病床工作效率分析

摘　　要：目的分析某院2015年病床的工作效率,为医院2016年整体调控床位,合理配置科室人员、经费、提供后勤保障提供科学依据。方法采用归一分析法效率指数模型,将病床使用率和病床周转次融合一体,以1为标准来判断病床工作效率。结果 2015年某院病床工作效率处于低效率运行状态。在低效率运行状态中病床效率指数较高月份≥0.80依次是11,12,4月份,其次病床效率指数月份≥0.70依次是8,10,7,6,5,9,3月份。2,1月份病床工作效率最低。急诊科、神经外科、儿科处于高效率运行状态,周转次数高于标准周转次数。急诊科、儿科病床使用率高于100%。在低效率运行状态中病床效率指数≥0.90较高的科室是甲乳外科、皮肤科、神经内科、职业病科;处于低效率运行状态≥0.80次高科室是眼科、骨一科、老年病科、妇科;低效率运行状态中病床效率指数≥0.70科室是消化科、耳鼻喉科、风湿免疫科、干部病房、呼吸科、心内科、中医科、产科、泌尿外科;在低效率运行状态中病床效率指数≤0.70的科室多达9个。结论某院2015年病床工作效率处于低效率运行状态。为使某院2016年病床的设置调整有了科学的依据,经过归一法分析对各科的病床安排、资源配备,都有更加合理调配的余地。Objective To analyze the efficiency of a hospital bed in 2015,2016 and for the overall regulation of hospital beds,the rational allocation of department personnel,funding,to provide logistical support to provide a scientific basis. Methods Normalized efficiency index analysis model,the bed occupancy rate and bed turnover times of integration,with 1 as the standard to judge the efficiency of hospital beds.ResultsIn 2015 in a hospital bed efficiency is inefficient operation. In the low-efficiency operation state beds month high efficiency index≥0.80 followed by 11,12,4 months,which,once the bed efficiency index≥0.70 month followed by 8,10,7,6,5,9,March. 2,January Bed Efficiency minimum. Efficiency in a hospital bed in 2015 various clinical departments. Wherein the emergency department,neurosurgery,pediatrics at high efficiency operation state,turnaround times higher than the standard turnaround times. Emergency department,pediatric bed occupancy rate above 100%. In the low-efficiency operation state high efficiency index≥0.90 beds in the department is methyl lactate surgery,dermatology,neurology,occupational diseases branch;in a low-efficiency operation state≥0.80 second highest department of ophthalmology,Orthopedics,Geriatrics,gynecology;inefficient state run hospital bed efficiency index≥0.70 isdepartment of Gastroenterology,ENT,Division of Rheumatology,cadre ward,respiratory,heart medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,obstetrics,urology;bed efficiency at low efficiency operation state the index≤0.70 sections up to nine.Conclusions 2015 in hospital bed efficiency is inefficient operation. To make adjustments in a hospital bed in 2016 set up a scientific basis after normalization analysis of subjects bed room arrangements,resources and equipment,there are more rational deployment.
