摘  要:目的探讨标本保存温度和时间对血常规检验结果的影响,为提高临床血液检查分析质量提供参考。方法抽取30例健康体检志愿者的静脉血,2份/人,立即测定后分别存放室温和4℃,并每隔4 h、6 h、8 h、24 h、48 h、72 h测血红蛋白,红细胞,白细胞,血小板等各项参数。结果室温6 h和4℃24 h内各时间点与即刻比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。室温保存24 h后红细胞体积(MCV)与即刻比较差异显著(P<0.05),8 h后红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、红细胞压积(HCT)与即刻比较差异显著(P<0.05);4℃保存48 h后红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与即刻比较差异显著(P<0.05),其余各参数72 h内与即刻比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论低温保存血常规比室温保存稳定时间更长。Objective The blood routine examination analysis before the quality control of temperature and time, provide reference for improving the quality of clinical blood test analysis. Methods Extraction of venous blood of 30 cases of health volunteers, 2/person. Immediately after the determination of storage at room temperature 4℃ , and every 4 h, 6 h, 8 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h Hemoglobin, Erthrocyte, Leukocyte, Platelet and so on various parameters were detected. Results Room temperature 6h and 4℃ 24h within each time point were no statistical difference (P〉0.05). Room temperature preservation after 24 h Red blood cell volume ( MCV ) P〈0.05, compared with an immediate after 8 h average red blood cell distribution width (RDW) and red blood cell hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), haematocrit (HCT) compared with immediate (P〈0.05) ;4 ℃ save after 48 h red blood cell distribution width (RDW) compared with immediate(P〈0.05), the rest of the various parameters within 72 h compared with immediate no statistical difference (P〉0.05).Conclusion Cryopreservation routine blood preservation than room temperature stable for longer.
