摘  要:为了减小液流电池电堆系统的旁路电流,在多电堆串联的设计方案基础上,提出中间电堆单电池数比两边电堆单电池数小的单堆规模优化方法。通过等效电路模拟,以15 k W的全钒液流电池电堆为例,证明不均匀分配方式能有效减小旁路电流,并分析了分支电阻对旁路电流的影响。To minimize the shunt current through the electrolyte piping system in a multi-stack redox flow battery, optimal cell number allocation strategy was proposed. Based on the circuit analog model, the multi-stack redox flow battery was taken as the example, the impact of cell number arrangement on shunt current was investigated, and then the advantage of the new method was demonstrated, thus proved that the shunt current could be reduced effectively through the method of asymmetrical allot. Finally, the influence of the electric resistance of the electrolyte pipe was analyzed.
