摘 要:在电力电子系统中,高电压大电流的主回路的功率器件两端拥有丰富的电能。以输入超宽范围的反激式开关电源为核心,设计一个隔离式直流供电系统。该系统还以可充磷酸铁锂电池为辅助电源,并包含保护电池的电池智能管理系统,且具备双电源自动切换和升压功能。本系统在输入50~700 V之间稳定工作,实现了电能再利用,提高了能源利用率。同时,有效解决了高压主回路和低压控制回路的电气隔离问题,具有广阔的工业应用前景。In power electronic systems, there existed abundant electrical energy at both ends of power devices in the main circuit which had high voltage and large current. Based on one super wide input flyback switching power, an isolated DC power supply system was designed. The rechargeable lithium iron phosphate battery was selected as auxiliary power, and a battery intelligent management system was designed to protect battery and had the function of dual power automatic switching and boosting the obtained voltage. The system was stable when the input voltage ranges from 50 V to 700 V, which realized the reuse of power and improved energy usage efficiency. At the same time, the problem of electrical isolation between the high voltage of the main circuit and the low voltage of the control circuit was effectively solved. The designed system had broad prospects for industrial applications.
