摘  要:介绍西北铅锌冶炼厂152 m^2锌焙烧炉的设计方案和设计过程。针对大型锌焙烧炉的设计,利用ANSA和ABAQUS模拟分析软件,对一些关键参数和部件设计进行优化。152 m^2锌焙烧炉焙烧强度7~8 t/(m^2·d),流化床段直径14 m,炉膛直径18 m,拱顶面积240 m^2,流化层高度1.2 m。分析了152 m^2锌焙烧炉在运行中的优势。The scheme and design process of a 152 m2 zinc fluidized-bed master in Northwest Lean Zinc Smelter were introduced. For the design of such a large scale of zinc roaster, the key parameters and principal components were optimized using ANSA and ABAQUS simulation software. The roast intensity of the 152 m2 zinc fluidized-bed roaster was 7- 8 t/( m2. d), the diameter of the fluid- ized bed was 14 m, the diameter of the furnace was 18 m, the dome area was 240 m2, the height of the fluidized bed was 1.2 m. The advantages of the 152 m2 zinc fluidized-bed roaster in operation were analyzed.
