摘  要:通过滤料重新选型、池体布局改进、引入气水反冲及自动控制系统等措施对冶炼厂污水处理站虹吸滤池进行改造。过滤系统采用高精度的ABS长柄滤头和均质滤料,滤料层总高度为1 100mm。技术改造后,出水悬浮物质量浓度稳定在30 mg/L以下,反洗水量降低了62%,取得了较好效果。The upgrading of the siphon filter tank in the sewage treatment station of a smelter plant was carried out by re-selecting the filter materials, improving the layout of the tank body, introducing the gas-water back flush and the automatic control system. High- performance ABS long-handled and homogeneous filter materials with the total height of 1 100 mm were used for the filtration system. After upgrading, the concentration of suspended solids in effluent was consistent below 30 mg/L and consumption of back flush water was reduced by 62%.
