摘 要:影响管线钢摩擦螺柱焊焊接性能的主要焊接工艺参数包括主轴转速、进给速度、焊接压力.在参考其他摩擦焊研究方法的基础上,以X65钢为对象,利用实验室现有的摩擦焊设备,进行大量不同工艺参数组合下的焊接试验.通过对焊接接头的宏观形貌、金相、力学等性能的测试分析来评定接头质量,期望得出以X65钢为代表的管线钢摩擦螺柱焊的可行性焊接工艺,为实际生产提供指导.The main pipeline welding parameters which affect friction stud welding performance are spindle speed, feed rate, and welding pressure. By referring to other friction welding research methods based on the material of X65, and using existing friction welding tests equipment in the laboratory, a large number welding tests of different combinations of process parameters were conducted. The welding joint mechanical property test, metallographie analysis, and hardness analysis were conducted to evaluate the quality of joints, expecting to understand the process of X65 pipeline steel friction stud welding and providing reference for guiding the production.
