摘 要:通过数值仿真评估舱室内爆对封闭舱室的毁伤效果,发现封闭舱室内冲击波压力峰值和正压作用时间较自由场均大幅增加,同时冲击波对舱室角隅结构的毁伤效果严重。分析在上建舱室内爆中泄爆孔对舱室结构响应的影响并对比不同位置和尺寸泄爆孔中心处的冲击波压力峰值。结果表明,泄爆孔影响舱室内爆冲击波的传播,泄爆作用范围和泄爆系数与其特征长度近似呈线性关系,且在一定药量范围内对舱室角隅具有防护作用。合理设置泄爆孔的数量和位置可得到较为理想的泄爆效果,实现保护重要舱室的目的。The damage effect of the explosion in the cabin to the close cabin was evaluated by numerical simulation, which indicates that the pressure peak of the shock wave and the duration of positive pressure in the close cabin increases at a large scale comparing with the free field and the corner-structures of the cabin damage seriously under the shock wave at the same ~ime. The effect of the explosion venting hole to the compartment structural response was analyzed under the explosion in the cabin of the superstructure to compare the pressure peak of the shock wave in different location and sizes of the explosion venting holes, which showed that the explosion venting holes have a strong impact on cabin explosion shock wave propagation; the scope and ra- tio of the explosion venting depends linearly on the characteristic length of explosion venting, and the explosion venting holes can protect the cabin corner within certain TNT limits. It can be concluded that setting a reasonable number and proper location of the explosion venting holes can protect the important compartments.
