摘 要:由于传统的鼠笼型异步机风电场本身并不具备故障穿越的能力,本文提出了一种具备限流功能的动态电压恢复器,其串联于风电场并网点,在电网短路故障初始阶段,利用双向晶闸管投入串联限流电感,维持跌落过程中风电场出口电压相对恒定;在短路故障清除后切换至电压补偿功能,有利于风电场出口电压的快速恢复。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台上建立了鼠笼型异步机风电场及相关电网模型,仿真结果表明所提方法有利于提高鼠笼型异步风机的短路故障穿越能力。As the traditional wind farms based on squirrel-cage induction generators do not possess the fault ride- through ability, a novel dynamic voltage restorer with the fault current-limiting function is proposed, which is connect- ed in series to the position between the wind farm and grid. To maintain a relatively constant voltage at the exports of wind farm, the current-limiting inductor is added via the bidirectional thyristors in the early stage of short-circuit fault. The voltage compensation function is activated after the clearance of short-circuit fault to ensure the fast voltage recov- ery at the exports. A simulation model of the wind farm based on squirrel-cage induction generators and the associated gird is established in the PSCAD/EMTDC software environment. The simulation results indicate that the proposed con- trol scheme is helpful to the improvement of fault ride-through ability of squirrel-cage induction generators during short- circuit fault.
