摘　　要：该文基于屯垦的主要内涵界定锡伯族屯垦传说故事的范畴,并搜集整理了部分清代新疆锡伯族的屯垦传说故事,总结发现:锡伯族屯垦传说故事具有以人物和历史事件为主、传述内容的纪实性、个体间关联性和鲜明的文化活力等特点;保护和传承锡伯族屯垦传说故事对研究新疆屯垦历史和屯垦文化、在边疆地区加强中华文化认同、维护民族团结和边疆稳定等方面具有重要的价值。因此,基于锡伯族屯垦传说故事的特点和传承价值,笔者从调查和搜集屯垦传说故事、建立古屯垦传说故事档案和开展关联性传承等三方面,提出了新疆锡伯族屯垦传说故事保护与传承的策略。The settlement legends and folktales of Xinjiang Xibo Ethnic Group is a very precious intangible cultural heritage.This paper defines the category of the legend and folktale in line with the main connotation of settlement.Collecting some of these legends and folklores in Qing Dynasty,we find there are four characteristics： highlighting main characters and historical events,recording inclination in content,rater individual correlation,and distinct cultural vitality.The protection and inheritance of such legends and folktales are of important value in such three aspects as studying on the history and culture of Xinjiang reclamation,strengthening the Chinese cultural identity in the border areas and maintaining national unity and stability in the border areas.In consideration of above characteristics and inheritance value,we put forward strategies of protection and inheritance of such legends and folklores： to investigate and collect such legends and folktales,to establish professional archives,and to carry out related inheritance activities.
