摘 要:目的通过应力松弛实验建立正常与砷中毒动物视神经的拉伸应力松弛函数方程,得出应力与时间的变化规律。方法砷中毒与正常大鼠视神经各10个,在电子万能试验机上进行应力松弛实验。以5%/s的应变增加速度对试样施加拉伸应变,设定应力松弛实验时间7 200 s,实验结束后计算机自动输出应力松弛实验结果。结果砷中毒动物模型组视神经7 200 s应力下降量小于对照组(P<0.05)。各组视神经应力松弛曲线以对数关系变化。结论砷中毒损害了视神经,应力松弛特性发生了改变。Objective We established the tensile stress relaxation function equation for optic nerve of normal and arsenic poisoning animals by stress relaxation experiments so as to get change rules for stress and time.Methods Ten normal and arsenic poisoning rats' optic nerve was performed by stress relaxation experiments with electronic universal testing machine.We applied tensile strain to the test specimen by the strain rate of 5% / s,the setting stress relaxation test time was 7200 s,computer automatic output stress relaxation test results were output at the end of the experiment.Results The decrease of optic nerve stress in model group was lower than that of group of control group( P〈0.05).Stress relaxation curves of optic nerve in each group were changed by logarithm relation.Conclusion Arsenic poisoning could damage the optic nerve and stress relaxation characteristics changed.
