吉林省乡级预防接种门诊规范化建设成效分析

摘　　要：目的了解吉林省乡级预防接种门诊规范化建设前后,接种单位信息化建设情况,为下阶段吉林省免疫规划信息化建设提供依据。方法下发调查表,收集全省乡级预防接种门诊规范化建设前后免疫规划信息化建设情况,对数据进行描述性分析。结果规范化门诊建设使预防接种门诊信息化管理工作所需设备大幅度增加,规范化建设前后,从事信息录入工作人员的年龄构成、正式职工从事信息录入工作所占比例无明显变化。结论吉林省免疫规划信息管理系统在乡级接种门诊正常运行的硬件条件已经搭建完成。下阶段需通过接种单位规范管理、加强人员培训和发挥信息化平台作用等举措提高免疫规划体系的整体建设水平,同时,要有计划的培养和吸纳年轻人从事预防接种信息化管理工作。Objective To compare informatization construction of vaccination clinic before and after standardized construction of vaccination clinic at the township level in Jilin Province,which can provide reference for informatization construction of immunization programming in Jilin Province.Methods Collecting the questionnaire that before and after informatization construction of immunization programming in Jilin Province.The data are analyzed by descriptive analysis.Results The equipment of the vaccination clinic have been increased sharply.There is no change in the age composition of staff engaged in information entry and the proportion of the official staff engaged in information entry.Conclusions The hardware conditions that keep township vaccination clinic in normal work have been completed.It is necessary to improve the level of immunization planning system in Jilin Province through standardized management of vaccination units,strengthening personnel training and giving full play to the role of information platform.Meanwhile,it is important to train and recruit young people to engage in preventive vaccination information management.
