血必净联合复方甘草酸苷治疗银屑病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血必净注射液联合复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常性银屑病的临床效果。方法对经临床检查或皮肤病理活检确诊的寻常型银屑病患者进行中医辨证,选取血热型40例,血瘀型40例,血燥型40例。每型再随机分为对照组、治疗组,各组患者20例。上述三型各治疗组均给予10d血必净注射液联合复方甘草酸苷注射液静脉点滴治疗;其对照组均给予10d复方甘草酸苷注射液静脉点滴治疗。采用银屑病皮损严重程度评分(PASI)判定临床疗效。结果各型各组治疗后PASI评分均较治疗前明显下降差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血必净注射液联合复方甘草酸苷治疗血热型、血瘀型寻常型银屑病的PASI评分较单独使用复方甘草酸苷治疗的PASI评分明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血必净注射液联合复方甘草酸苷治疗血热型、血瘀型寻常性银屑病的有效率优于血燥型差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对血热型和血瘀型寻常型银屑病,血必净注射液联合复方甘草酸苷注射液可提高疗效。Objective To evaluate clinical effect by Xuebijing injection combined with compound glycyrrhizin to psoriasis of different classification by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.Methods All the selected patients with psoriasis vulgaris were diagnosed by the clinical examination and skin pathological biopsy,including 40 patients with blood heat type of TCM,40 patients with blood dry type of TCM and 40 patients with blood stasis type of TCM.The patients within each types were divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in the control groups were treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection,while others in the treatment group were treatment with Xuebijing injection combined compound glycyrrhizin injection.The course of treatment in both groups was 10 days.The Psoriasis Area and Severity Index（PASI） were adopted to evaluate the effect.Results After any treatment,the PASI score in all groups were decreased significantly compared with that before the treatment（P〈0.05）.The PASI score after treatment in the treatment groups of the blood heat treatment group and blood Stasis treatment group were decreased significantly than that in each of their control groups（P〈0.05）.The Treatment effect of the blood heat treatment group and the blood Stasis treatment group were significantly improved compared with the blood dry treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Treatment effect of Xuebijing injection combined compound glycyrrhizin glucoside injection was remarkable in vulgaris psoriatic patients with Blood Heat type and Blood Stasis type.
