摘 要:目的通过参加质控考核来评价实验室的检测能力,提高检测水平,保证检测结果准确可靠,更好地开展食品安全风险监测的检验工作。方法分析2 0 15年参加国家食品安全风险监测质控样品盲样考核情况,依据《中华人民共和国国家标准食品卫生微生物检验方法》以及《国家食品污染和有害因素风险工作手册》,对4份盲样进行病原菌分离鉴定。结果根据相关的检验结果可知,从4份盲样考核样品中检出2株肠炎沙门菌、1株蜡样芽孢杆菌、1株溶血性链球菌。结论质控考核是对检验人员专业技能以及实验室能力的一种检验,通过参加质控考核,及时发现并解决工作中存在的问题,进一步提高微生物实验室的检验能力和检验人员的专业技能。Objective To assess and evaluate the capacity of laboratory by quality control,improve the testing level,and ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing result,better to carry out the inspection of food safety risk monitoring.Methods To analysis the examination of blind sample of national food safety risk surveillance quality control,test the four blind strains according to National Standard Microbiological Examination of Food Hygiene of the People's Republic of China,and Working Manual of national food safety risk surveillance.Results According to the relevant test results can be known,two strains of salmonella enteritis,one strain of bacillus cereus,and one strain of Hemolytic streptococcus were detected from the four blind strains.Conclusion The examination of the quality control is a test of professional skills of inspection personnel and laboratory ability.Through the quality control assessment,to discover and solve problems in time,and improve the microbiological laboratory inspection ability and professional skills of inspection personnel.
