摘　　要：对儿童寰枢椎半脱位最新研究及治疗进展进行综述。广泛查阅文献,对近年来儿童寰枢椎半脱位的研究动向及临床应用结果进行梳理和总结,侧重观察总结非药物手段对儿童寰枢椎半脱位的影响和意义的研究进展。儿童寰枢椎半脱位在不断受到重视,多种治疗手段如牵引治疗、手法治疗、结合药物治疗和综合治疗被应用于儿童寰枢椎半脱位中,治疗过程中以手法整复的应用较为广泛,并在中医药治疗方面有所创新。随着对儿童寰枢椎半脱位认识的不断加深以及治疗理念的不断更新,更为安全、有效的治疗技术将成为儿童寰枢椎半脱位研究的热点。Review the latest progress in research and treatment of pediatric atlantoaxial subluxatio. This article the research sum up the trend and the clinical application of pediatric atlantoaxial subluxation,especially non drug effects of pediatric atlantoaxial subluxation by inductive literature in recent years. The pediatric atlantoaxial subluxation in constant attention,a variety of treatments such as traction,massage therapy,combined with drug treatment and comprehensive treatment was applied in the treatment of pediatric atlantoaxial subluxatio,in the process of application to manipulation more widely,and has the innovation in Chinese medicine treatment. With the developing of concept and treatment of pediatric atlantoaxial subluxation,more safe and effective treatment technology will become a focal point in the research of pediatric atlantoaxial subluxation.
