摘　　要：村民自治的有效实现离不开有效的自治基本单元。以集体行动为主体因素探索村民自治的基本单元,要考虑群体规模与利益关联度两个关键变量。群体规模较小,利益关联度较高,便于集体行动,利于自治基本单元的形成。将集体行动单元作为自治基本单元,利于村民自治有效开展。Effective realization of the self-government of the villagers is inseparable from the basic unit of the self-government. Using the collective action as the main factor to explore the basic unit of self-government of the villagers must consider the two key variables of the population size and interests correlation. Small population size and the higher interests of correlation are convenient for the collective action and beneficial to the formation of the basic unit of self-government. Using the unit of collective action as the basic unit of self-government is beneficial to the effective implementation of the villagers＇ autonomy.
