摘　　要：从氦质谱的分流检漏原理,讨论真空箱氦质谱分流检漏系统的标定,通过实验分析大、小分流检漏技术,以及主抽时间对检漏系统的影响。From the principle of helium mass spectrometry shunt leak detection, the calibration of helium mass spectrometry shunt leak detection system for vacuum box is discussed. Experiments are carried out to analyze the leak detection technology of large and small shunts and the influence of main pumping time on leak detection system.
