摘　　要：敏感性皮肤（sensitive skin，SS）特指皮肤在生理或病理条件下发生的一种高反应状态，主要发生于面部，临床表现为受到物理、化学、精神等因素刺激时皮肤易出现灼热、刺痛、瘙痒及紧绷感等主观症状，伴或不伴红斑、鳞屑、毛细血管扩张等客观体征。敏感性皮肤在世界各国均有较高的发生率，由于调查方法不同，With the increasing of environmental pollution and mental stress, the prevelence of sensitive skin is also in- creased all over the world , which results in the unsatisfied quality of life. Until now, there have no common criterions on definition, pathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis and therapeutics of sensitive skin. Cosmetic group in dermatology and venereology branch of the Chinese Medical Association , cosmetic group in dermatologist branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, photomedicine and permeability barrier group in dermatology branch of Combine traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Association in China together formulated the ＂Guideline for diagnosis and treatment of sensitive skin in China＂. The definition and fundamental characteristics of sensitive skin have been conferred, the diagnostic criterions and therapeutic principles have been defined in the guideline. It is emphasized that individualized treatment strategies should be made according to different causes, severity and concomitant symptoms of sensitive skin. In a word, the guideline plays an important role in guiding diagnosis and treatment of sensitive skin.
