下肢外伤后皮肤放线菌病1例

摘　　要：患者男,49岁。右膝关节外伤后7年,局部肿胀结节伴疼痛5年。患者曾至多家医院就诊,被考虑为皮肤软组织感染,予以不同抗生素治疗,效果不佳。我院行皮肤组织活检,发现放射状排列的菌丝,周围有嗜酸性透明物质,予有效抗生素治疗的反应良好。A 49-year-old male patient presented as multiple nodules along with pain and swelling of the right knee since 5 years with a history of trauma to his knee 7-year ago. He had seen doctors from different hospitals, diagnosed as skin and soft tissue infection. He was given different antibiotics but was left without cure. Biopsy of the nodule was made in our hospital, histopathological study showing radiating filaments surrounded by eosinophilic hyaline material. A diagnosis of primary actinomycosis was made which was treated with effective antibiotics, and got excellent response.
