二期梅毒误诊为银屑病2例  

Two Cases of Secondary Syphilis Misdiagnosed as Psorias

摘　　要：例1女,16岁。全身红斑并鳞屑1个月。例2男,35岁,躯干和四肢红斑2周。2例均被误诊为银屑病。TRUST 1∶32(+),TPPA(+)。例1皮损组织病理示:真皮浅层较多浆细胞及淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:二期梅毒。均予苄星青霉素240万U分两侧臀部肌注,1次/周,3周后皮损消退。现随访中。The first ease. A 16-year-old female presented with erythematosquamous rash on the whole body for l manth. The second ease. A 35-year-old male presented with erythema on his tnmk and limbs for two weeks. The two cases were both misdiagnosed as psoriasis. TRUST 1 ： 32 （ ＋ ）, TPPA （ ＋ ）. Histopathology examination of the first case revealed that infiltration of plasmocyte and lymphocyte in dermis. The two cases were both diagnosed as secondary syphilis. Two hundred and forty million units of benzathSne penicillin were given to both sides of buttock by intramuscular injection once a week for three weeks. Skin lesions disappeared after treatment. They were under our regular follow-up.
