摘 要:本文基于进入中国市场的143家日本汽车零部件供应商的财务数据,对零部件供应商与成品汽车制造商之间的贸易关系以及对营业收益业绩的影响进行了实证分析。结果显示:零部件供应商和特定的成品汽车制造商间封闭的贸易关系正在逐渐转向开放,许多零部件供应商在维持与现有特定的成品汽车制造商之间贸易关系的同时,也在考虑经营的稳定化。另外,进入中国市场的零部件供应商,相比日本国内的零部件供应商,面临着更高的风险。并且,零部件供应商的规模越大,对成品汽车制造商的交涉能力就越强,其营业收益业绩也就有可能变得更高。最后,日本汽车零部件供应商由于其进入中国市场的地区不同,其营业收益业绩也不同。尤其是进入珠江三角洲地区的零部件供应商的息税前利润变化率相比别的地区更高。In this paper, 143 Japanese auto spareparts suppliers'financialdata are collected, with looking into the data the commercial relationship between the suppliers and OEMs are analyzed, at the meantime, the suppliers' operation earning performance are displayed. The empirical study conclusions are delivered such as the original closed commercial relationship is now tending to be opened, more and more spare -parts suppliers at one hand maintain their old customers, at the other hand develop new ones in order to enhance their business stability. Moreover, the study shows that the suppliers who enter into Chinese mark are taking more risk than the ones who are not. The spare - parts suppliers'capability of negotiation with OEM depend on their scale, the bigger of their scale in, the higher of power they have, and the more possibility of business profit they will earned. Finally, performance depends on the location where they are in China, spareparts suppliers' operation business especially we found that the ones who are locating in Zhujiang area, their profit rate before interest and tax are higher than the ones'who are out of this area.
