摘　　要：《金融学类本科专业教学质量国家标准》对经济与金融等专业师资队伍建设提出新的要求。鉴于该专业师资队伍建设中存在的创新创业导师培养、教师发展空间、学科带头人引进、科研力量薄弱等问题,必须推行科学制定师资队伍建设规划、规范组织管理制度、实行教师成长档案袋制度等措施并保证政策连续性、稳定性,以建设一支素质高、结构合理的师资队伍。“The finance class undergraduate teaching quality national standard＂ for the economics and finances put forward new requirements for professional teachers construction. The are some problems for het teacher team construction such as teaching staff of the major innovative undertaking teacher training,teacher development space,academic leader employ,weak research strength etc. We must make teachers team construction planning,standard organization and management system,practice the teachers, growth file measures and ensure policy continuity,stability,so that we can build a high quality,reasonable structure of teaching staff.
