摘　　要：目的:了解近年来医学影像专业的就业形势,为提高广大医学影像专业的学生就业率以及就业质量提供理论依据。方法:对我校医学影像专业的学生采用问卷调查的方式调查目前学生对医学影像专业就业形势的了解程度以及规划。结果:同学们对医学影像专业的就业形势认识相对不足,对此专业了解不够,同学们应调整心态,努力学好专业知识,适应就业需要。结论:目前认为医学影像专业就业前景仍较好,就业压力相对较小,但为了更好地就业,医学影像学科毕业生应完善自己,综合提高自己的专业能力,为就业做好准备。Purpose： In order to provide theoretical basis for improving the employment rate and employment quality of students majoring in medical imaging profession, we should understand the employment situation of medical imaging profession in recent years. Methods： This paper investigates the students＇understanding and planning of employment situation of medical imaging profession by questionnaire survey in our university. Results： Students are lacking to realize the employment situation of medical imaging profession and understand this profession, so students should adjust their mentality, learn professional knowledge, and meet the needs of employment. Conclusion： It is believed that the employment prospects of medical imaging profession are still good, and the employment pressure is relatively small. However, for better employment, the graduates majoring in medical imaging profession should perfect themselves, comprehensively improve their own professional ability, and prepare for employment.
