面向智能制造的特色网络工程专业人才培养的研究

摘　　要：在国家提出振兴东北老工业基地,提出工业智能制造2025、"互联网+"等重点战略部署的新形势下,处于政策高地中的辽宁,面临相关人才缺失的巨大压力,而多数高校网络工程专业的设置上仍偏重于传统网络运维。为此,本文研究了面向工业背景的特色"网络工程"专业的建设和工程实践能力培养问题,提出了立足辽宁自身需求的高校网络工程专业的改革方案,并在我校网工程专业进行了相应试点。试点结果表明,对于以应用型人才培养为目标的普通高校来说,对原网络工程相关专业进行特色改革可以有效地满足地方对该领域的人才需求,同时也提高了该专业的学生学习兴趣和就业前景。The country puts forward to revitalize the northeast old industrial base,put forward new situation of intelligent manufacturing industry2025,strategic focus ＂Internet＋＂,under the policy in the highlands of Liaoning,facing great pressure and lack of relevant personnel,and the most university network engineering is sill] focused on the traditional network operation .So this paper studied the characteristics for industrial background network engineering professional construction and engineering practice ability training problem,puts forward the reform plan of the Liaoning based on professional needs of their own school,network engineering specialty in our school for the corresponding pilot, the pilot results show that for the target of cultivating practical talents in coUeges and universities. The characteristics of the reform in the original network engineering can effectively meet the needs of local talent in the field,but also improve the students＇ interest in learning and employment prospects.
