摘　　要：非奥运项目竞技体育人才"院校化"培养模式,是现今体育类高校改革和转型的新方向。在现今国家大力支持全民健身发展的格局下,我国体育人才的培养方向已不能仅仅局限于运动员体育教育、培养上,而需要同时处理好体育人才的文化教育问题,实现身体素质和文化素养的双重培养目标。这样才能成为为国家建设和发展培养综合型人才,才能真正实现对人才的培养。The training mode of Non Olympic Sports Talents＂colleges＂ is a new trend of sports educational reform and transformation. The development of national fitness in support of the current national situation, developing direction of sports talents in China has not only confined to the athletes＇ physical education and training, but also need to deal with the good the issue of education for sports talents, realize the dual training goal of physical and cul- tural accomplishment. So as to cultivate comprehensive talents for the construction and development of the country, in order to realize the cultivation of talents.
