涤纶的百里香酚低温染色

摘　　要：为了降低涤纶织物的染色温度,在加工过程中添加环保载体百里香酚。结果表明,百里香酚具有很好的促染作用,80℃时涤纶织物已经可以上染;染料质量分数为2%(omf),载体质量浓度为6 g/L,染色保温温度为100℃,保温时间为40 min,染色织物具有较好的色泽深度;百里香酚具有一定移染效果,在130℃时对染色不匀的疵布进行修色,且不影响织物的色牢度。Polyester dyeing with environraental-friendly carrier thyraol can be carried out at low temperature. Thymol has a good promotion effect on polyester dyeing which can be carried out at 80 ℃. The optimum dyeing process is determined as： dye dosage 2%（omf）, carrier thymol 6 g/L, dyeing at 100 ℃ for 40 rain. Thyraol has no negative effect on the color fastness of the dyeings, and also has migration property as it shows good leveling effect when cobbling at 130 ℃.
